Stark is an important character from Custom Robo Arena. He is a grizzled and rather unfriendly hermit who chooses to reside on Mt. Zephyr to further train himself in the art of custom robo. He is extremely particular about his coffee.
One first learns about him from Kris, the Police Squad chief because Stark was the former police chief. His two assistants, Shipley and Winchell, assist him in training. Stark allows use of Mt. Zephyr for police training. He is a veteran commander and master of the Soulboost skill. Stark tends to use advanced Lightning Sky models, particularly the AIRS and the Ray Sky. He also occasionally uses the Gramps robo, but when he uses it he is forced to hold back because normal robos cannot handle his overwhelming mental energy.
