Shinichi's robo, Robin, is a Little Raider.

Little Raiders are small robos that appear in Custom Robo (Nintendo 64), Custom Robo V2, Custom Robo (GameCube), and Custom Robo Arena. They are very well known as the speed demons of Custom Robo. The ground speed of Little Raiders is unmatched, but their attack power, defense, and endurance are generally diminished. Although they may air-dash (air jump in Battle Revolution) three times, they are optimized when using their high speed to attack from the ground and easily avoid enemy gun rounds. They are well-accustomed to nearly any gun-range.

To counter a user of a Little Raider, focus on clogging the screen up with bombs, pods, and guns. As such, the 3-Way Gun and Reflection Pod will be your friends. In most games, they are downed in one hit. This will cause them to stop moving. However, they (like all downed robos) will receive reduced damage while downed. So, they are somewhat tricky to defeat.

Little Raiders are often designed after male children (barring Swift in Battle Revolution).

Naming ThemeEdit

Little Raiders are typically named after birds.

  • In Battle Revolution, Little Raiders and Little Sprinters were merged. They had the naming convention and ground speed of traditional Little Raiders, but they had the air jumps of Little Sprinters.
    • This explains why Swift was delegated as a Little Sprinter in Arena.
  • Due to him appearing in the most games, Robin is often considered as the mascot for Little Raiders.
